Lead Quality Analyst

Job Description:

• Lead and manage a team of quality analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and ensure adherence throughout the development lifecycle
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations for process enhancements
• Train and mentor team members on QA best practices, tools, and methodologies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in QA methodologies and implement relevant improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in the development and implementation of overall quality assurance strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

• Ability to work in an Agile environment and across all SDLC phases
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to examine bug reports and prioritize tests
• Good knowledge of automation frameworks and tools
• Effective multi-tasking skills
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner
• Proficiency in unit testing frameworks and integration with CI pipelines
• A strong team player with excellent time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good knowledge of automation languages and tools used in test automation
• Solid programming skills
• Strong knowledge of SQL/DB for data validation and testing
