Job Description:
Designing test scenarios for software usability, running these tests, and preparing reports on effectiveness and defects for the production team
- QA designs real-time scenarios, Analytical mindset: to define the strengths and weaknesses of the software system, validate it against different working scenarios, analyse system behaviour, and detect errors if any
- Knowledge of the software development methodologies and the ability to integrate with the models (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Experience with development frameworks & tools for automation testing
- Taking responsibility for the development and implementation of testing activities, problem detection, and resolution
- Create tests to identify software problems
- Analyse bugs and errors found during tests
- Document results of tests for the software development team
- Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
- Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance
- Works together with the software developer to enhance and improve programs
- Research and compare similar competitor products
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements
- Should focus on integration, collaboration, and immediate feedback
