Performance Test Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Performance Testing Engineer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing using LoadRunner, JMeter, and Dynatrace. You will be responsible for designing and executing performance tests, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying system bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests.

• Utilize LoadRunner and JMeter to simulate real-world load and assess system behavior under stress.

• Use Dynatrace or similar APM tools for performance monitoring and root cause analysis.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and system architects to understand system architecture and performance goals.

• Identify and report performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and other issues.

• Develop test scripts and data, and analyze test results.

• Create detailed performance test reports and dashboards to present findings.

• Provide recommendations for performance tuning and improvements.

Mandatory Skills:

• LoadRunner
• JMeter
• Dynatrace
  (Hands-on experience in all three is essential.)

Educational Qualifications:

• UG: B.Tech/B.E., BCA, B.Sc. (Any Specialization)
• PG: MCA, M.Tech, MSc., MS (Any Specialization)
