Performance Tester – JMeter / LoadRunner

Experience:

• 5 – 9 years

• We are seeking a skilled Performance Engineer to ensure the optimal performance and scalability of our applications.
• You will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to identify bottlenecks and recommend performance improvements.

Responsibilities :

• Design and implement performance test strategies and plans.
• Build and maintain performance test environments that accurately reflect production conditions.
• Develop and execute performance test scripts using tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, and Apache Benchmark.
• Analyze performance test results to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimizations.
• Work closely with development teams to resolve performance issues.
• Provide performance metrics and reports to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with performance testing best practices and tools.

Required Skills and Experience :

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Strong proficiency in performance testing tools (LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, Apache Benchmark).
• Experience in designing and executing performance test scenarios.
• In-depth understanding of performance metrics and analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl, etc.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
