Salesforce Quality Analyst – Automation Testing

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Test Analyst to join our team and take responsibility for testing and ensuring the quality of Salesforce applications and related systems. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in automation testing, particularly with Katalon, and hands-on experience with Salesforce modules. The role includes both functional and regression testing, collaborating with developers and business stakeholders, and ensuring a high-quality software release.

Responsibilities:

• Test, troubleshoot, and analyze software functionality and user interfaces.
• Perform manual, functional, system integration, regression, and UI (User Interface) testing.
• Liaise and work closely with software developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in feature development and drive quality into the development process.
• Plan, design, and execute tests for Salesforce modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, and Community Cloud) including Account, Leads and Conversion, Opportunity, Contact, Data Loader, Reports & Dashboard, SF Integrations, etc.
• Ensure test cases align with requirements and adhere to a clear set of quality standards and guidelines.
• Develop strong and productive relationships with internal customers (business users).
• Test each individual user story and its various scenarios successfully.
• Perform usability testing of front-end customer-facing systems (web/mobile apps) and secure approvals.
• Conduct regression testing of the solution as it iterates through changes.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 6 to 10 years of progressive experience in software development or QA.
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of automation testing experience using Katalon.
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce modules such as Account, Leads, Opportunity, Contact, Data Loader, Reports & Dashboard, and SF Integrations.
• Functional knowledge/experience of SAP and Salesforce applications.
• Experience with bug and feature tracking systems such as JIRA, QC, etc.
• Experience with Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
• Proven track record in assisting with bringing new products to market and/or major versions of existing products.
• Solid test management background within a fast-paced business, using multiple testing technologies.
• Responsible for designing the automation framework.
• Responsible for creating, enhancing, debugging, and running test cases that cover various scenarios and test conditions.
• Experience in managing changes and executing regression tests.
• Experience in automating scripts using Katalon Studio with Groovy and Selenium with Java.
• Experience in mobile and web applications testing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to successfully work across different functions and locations.

• PG: Any Postgraduate
