Senior TOSCA Specialist

Experience:

• 3+ years

• We are seeking a skilled and proactive TOSCA Automation Specialist with 3 plus years of hands-on experience in test automation.
• The ideal candidate will be proficient in TOSCA automation and well-versed in all aspects of software testing, including functional, non-functional, mobile, and API testing.
• A strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes, along with excellent communication and knowledge transition skills, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using TOSCA.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Data, and Defect Reports.
• Perform Functional, Non-Functional, Regression, as required.
• Develop and execute API automation scripts and validate integrations.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams across all phases of SDLC and STLC.
• Prepare end-user training materials and user guide presentations (PPTs) for all modules.
• Generate and maintain Daily Status Reports (DSR) and Weekly Status Reports (WSR) to keep stakeholders informed of progress and issues.
• Exhibit a solutions-oriented mindset and participate actively in knowledge-sharing and transition activities.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on improving efficiency and maintaining consistency across QA processes.

Key Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with TOSCA Test Automation Suite
• Good understanding of testing methodologies and QA best practices
• Experience in API automation testing
• Proficient in preparing detailed test documentation and reporting
• Exposure to Agile and Waterfall project environments
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Strong documentation and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• TOSCA Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in Agile environments and tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
