TOSCA Automation Engineer – Performance Testing

Experience:

• 5 – 8 years

We are seeking a seasoned Tosca Automation Engineer to contribute to a long-term project with a leading company.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Tosca, while fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing within the QA team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Test Script Development : Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive automated test scripts using Tosca, ensuring high-quality and efficient testing coverage.
• Automation Integration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated testing into the development lifecycle, promoting a shift-left testing approach.
• Team Mentorship : Mentor and support the QA team in adopting best practices for test automation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Tool Proficiency : Leverage tools such as Azure DevOps and Selenium (nice-to-have skills) to enhance automation capabilities and streamline workflows.

Key Requirements :

• Tosca Expertise : Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tosca, demonstrating proficiency in scripting test automation and leveraging its features effectively.
• Technical Skills : Strong understanding of testing methodologies, defect management processes, and quality assurance principles.
• Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, capable of identifying and resolving complex testing challenges.
• Collaboration : Ability to work effectively in a remote, agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and fostering a positive team culture.
• Adaptability : Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and testing frameworks as needed.
• Cloud Experience : Experience with cloud-based testing environments (e.g, Azure, AWS) is a plus.
• Performance Testing : Knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques is beneficial.
• API Testing : Experience with API testing frameworks and tools is advantageous
